University Relations Summer Internship
Description
* Plan on campus and other school events and partner with CSL professionals to ensure the appropriate representation of the practices
* Develop external branding project for social media engagement with external candidates (linkedin, twitter, instagram)
* Initiate and maintain contact with candidates and serve as the key source of information prior to and post offer stage
* Coordinate logistics for in office and on-campus interview processes, include scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application and selection process.
* Coordinate and execute candidate, intern and team correspondence by phone and email; make travel arrangements and perform other administrative tasks as needed
* Participate in assigned projects/taskforces as necessary
Requirements
* Minimum of one year of experience in campus recruiting, marketing, human resources or similar role.
* A great attitude and hunger for learning
* Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
* Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
* Ability to work within a team environment
* 3.0 GPA is preferred
* Ability to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time
* Working towards obtaining bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
